    Garden Gazebos Gates

Whether you want to keep out the rain, sun or neighbours, create a private haven or an outside entertainment area, you are sure to find the right garden equipment to meet your needs.  The garden has become a living area in its own right decorated with as much care as the home. It can now be used all year round thanks to a host of stylish and functional installations.

With a bamboo-cane or canvas-covered pergola right next to the house or a garden tent to protect you from the rain or heat, you can eat outdoors whenever you want.   For an exotic touch and a bit of sea air, you might prefer a gazebo, a Tahitian-style rotunda or a garden hut. These open-air living areas can be decorated with a sofa, an outside bed and even a spa.

Garden sheds are not just tool sheds to store gardening equipment. If well-insulated and equipped with windows, doors and terraces, they can be turned into a guest room, an office or a country getaway. Some manufacturers even offer a self-equipped version with a kitchenette and shower. With a surface area of up to 30 sq.m., they are more like mini-houses with no foundations. They are becoming increasingly popular as weekend and holiday homes on vacant plots in the country.  Portable wooden cabins are being used for the same purpose.  These miniature homes correspond to the current back-to-nature trend, environment-friendly and unsophisticated. And the absolute must for the young at heart : a tree house !

Natural rough-finish materials are the most popular choice. To mark the boundary of a property or conceal it from prying eyes, you can choose a natural fibre screen, a planted partition, reed fencing, bamboo cane or a wooden garden trellis. Hazel, pine and other species can be plaited and latticed to make natural-looking fences.

Garden arbours are another way to enhance your plants and shrubs. Pavilions covered with roses and other climbers also make wonderful sweet-smelling romantic arbours. Façades can be decorated with trellises and paths with flowering arches. And if you have green thumbs, you&rsquoll definitely need a greenhouse to grow tropical species no matter what the climate.

The back-to-nature trend, however, has not done away with traditional stone and wrought iron work. Balustrades and summer pavilions lend elegance to a formal garden setting.  Wrought-iron railings and gates provide a stylish finish.

A conservatory will lend undeniable Anglo-Saxon charm to the façade of any home. Adding extra room, heat and light to the home, they make a welcome contribution to elegant living. Aluminium frames are the most popular. Light and weather-resistant, they require little maintenance and stand up well to the test of time. The only disadvantage compared with plastic-frame conservatories, apart from their higher price, is the problem of heat conduction. To guarantee good insulation, they need to be equipped with thermal break extrusions.

Whether the accent is ethnic, traditional or rustic, you can personalise your garden as often as you wish. Thanks to the wide variety of garden equipment available, you can create decorative plant arrangements and cosy outdoor areas to enjoy alone or surrounded by family and friends.
