The impossible collection of Design by Frederic Chambre. Ed Assouline 144p. 2014

Chosen by design expert Frédéric Chambre, this selection of furniture designs unspools like the frames of a film, an epic picture composed of one hundred years of creative innovations in form, materials, and techniques. This hand-bound oversize luxury edition, presented in a linen clamshell case, traces the development of twentieth-century design from the Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts movements through Bauhaus and Art Deco, Pop Art and the Memphis school, to today&rsquos digital age, illustrating the dynamic story of a groundbreaking century through the evolution of everyday human objects.

With this offbeat, highly narrative object, the house succumbed to a sweet madness that couldn&rsquot be more inspiring.

Created in 2009 by the company Solution-D , the brand Jumbo Bag has established itself, in recent years, as a key leader in the distribution of bean bags and giant cushions in France. With a complete catalog of more than a hundred references, Jumbo Bag products are made with high quality materials to provide the best quality / price ratio.

In 2014, Jumbo Bag creates the Swimming Bag, the first giant floating bean bag, completely filled with polystyrene beads. The success was immediate and the collection is enriched this year with new colors. The Giant Bean Bags are fully removable, allowing an inter-change of solid colored covers, printed covers and pool covers at will.
