Hans Von Klier

After ending the "Hochschule für Gestaltung" in Ulm, he transfers in Italy in 1960. He is consultant for "La Rinascente" and begins a collaboration with Ettore Sottsass in the design field, projecting office machines and computers in Olivetti. In 1968 he becomes director of the "Corporate Identity Olivetti": the books of "Identification Systems" win the "Compasso d'Oro" prize. He works in interior design and preparation of fair too. Taking part to many exhibitions, among which the "Triennale " in Milan, he as well teaches, for example, at the "Akademie" in Stuttgart and the "Politecnico" in Milan. In the field of design furniture, he collaborates with Bilumen, FIAM Italia, Planula, Rossi di Albizzate, Skipper, Zanotta.
