Paint Quality Institute

The Paint Quality Institute (PQI) was founded in 1989 in Philadelphia in the United States to inform the public on the benefits of the use of paints and coatings inside and outside of superior quality as well as how to achieve quality work. The expertise offered by the site is partly based on the vast experience and knowledge of the paint from the Paint Quality Institute team industry.
