'Immersed from an early age in a world of architecture and decoration with a family of architects and antique dealers, Guillaume Alan has soon the wish to share his own vision of ensembles and interiors. He took the plunge at the age of 24 and opened his own studio and boutique in Paris in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. He renewed French classicism in a minimalist way with his very own and special touch with timelessness as a guiding principle. A very close relationship with the world of fashion rapidly develops: a lot of his furniture pieces are immortalized in shootings and campaigns by the most famous photographers. Rapidly, Guillaume Alan's artistic sensibility has resulted in very close and powerful encounters with demanding and trend-setting clients who entrusted him with the architectural design and decoration of many private places. On the way of expansion, Guillaume Alan is a pioneering interior designer when he established his studio in the heart of Mayfair in London in 2012. Since he has made a strong and elegant impression on the area. His quiet and structured spaces combining architectural design and luxury whilst using a surprising yet elegant assortment of materials. "Less is more", trying to achieve interiors and collection devoid of any artifice in order to reach elegance and serenity.
