Established by ceramic artist Henry Shen, 1300 Only Porcelain is the only artists-run porcelain brand in Taiwan. Our group was founded as a small studio in 1997, and today we have expanded to a staff of more than 60 artisans. Each of our artists has been trained professionally in various artistic traditions. Each of us brings his/her own unique set of aesthetics and innovative approaches towards the pieces we create together. Although over the years our studio has taken on different contours throughout the years, our dedication to the art and craft of porcelain remains genuine and untouched. It is our goal to create the highest-quality pieces. Our work is a reflection of who we are as artists, therefore, we stand by our uncompromising standards for excellence. Our pieces are not only beautiful but also expertly crafted in the finest porcelain tradition. We bring together beauty and functionality through a solid foundation of expert craftsmanship, technique, and exquisite attention to detail. Our company specializes in designing and producing intricate wall-reliefs as a part of a larger architectural project, as well as collectable pieces such as free-standing sculptures and functional tableware. As our business has expanded, we have been able to add a professional research and development component to our studio.
