Artifort

Artifort is a world leader in the field of furniture manufacturing. For 125 years, it has been manufacturing quality upholstered furniture, seats and tables - which means that many Artifort chairs are still in use today! The company was founded by Jules Wagemans in 1890 as an upholsterer. His skills were quickly recognized and he became known for his leather and fabric work. In 1977, one hundred years after the creation of the company, Arno Haagmans succeeded his father-in-law Jan Wagemans, who had managed Artifort since its creation. Since then, Arno Haagmans has continued to open new horizons for the company, while remaining true to its tradition.
