More than 50 years of history Vigar has always been committed to design that is different and original. Born in Valencia (Spain), Vigar is strengthening as a leading company in manufacturing and commercializing objects for the home that are both functional and fun. Our history goes back to the 50?s, when Vicent Garcia began manufacturing and selling a unique type of broom out of his home. For its production he handpicked palm from the surrounding mountains and cane straight out of the ravines. Business increased over time and in the 70?s what is now present-day Vigar was founded. When his children joined the family business, innovation, growth, and commitment to quality became the foundation for a specialization that has contributed to building a brand that is a pioneer in the industry . Today in Vigar our facilities are comprised of 54,000 square feet and 46 employees in Gata de Gorgos (Alicante), and a production plant of 65,000 square feet and 100 employees in Ningho (China). Additionally, we exports 50% of its volume of sales to 44 countries around the world, mainly Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
