Desistart was founded in 1988 and is located in a small town in northern Portugal. It started out as a small factory and quickly evolved into a large-scale organisation. Desistart offers two different production techniques: tufting and hand weaving. All these techniques are used by talented craftsmen who share a passion for handmade rugs and carpets.
