Tenue De Ville

'Alexia de Ville studied Art and Design in Brussels and at Central Saint Martins in London. She now lives and works in Brussels. Storytelling using video, photography or drawing was Alexia’s main interest, crystallising over time into creating patterns and forming in 2011 her brand Tenue de Ville. She  impresses these patterns and ideas onto fabrics and products for interior decoration. Alexia loves to be influenced by modern life, fashion and new  trends, often anticipating them. Sometimes her designs evoke the past by reviving, while modernizing, paintings and prints. Tenue de Ville was gradually noticed, in Belgium and elsewhere, and then spread very quickly as a young Belgian company with a unique expression and identity. Over time, Tenue de Ville took the more specific direction of interior design and today it offers a wide range of products such as wallpapers, home textiles, cushions, but also notebooks, posters, pouches, and others.
