La Vannerie d'Aujourd'hui is above all a story of a high Marne family, a know-how in basketry that has lasted for six generations. Already in the 19th century, the gods of the Breuillot family were basket weavers in the canton of Fayl Billot, in Bussières Les Belmont. Bernard Breuillot, the grandfather, was therefore a rotinier / basket maker and had a workshop and 2 shops in Fayl Billot. he practised there since his youth and throughout his career, in the purest tradition of basketry haute marnaise.
