Agnès Baillon

Born in a family of artists at Ferté Milon in 1963, Agnès Baillon / sculptor / studied drawing and painting at the National School of Fine Arts in 1986. She enters the class of the painter Leonardo Cremonini. She loves volume and matter and finds her own forms of expression by devoting herself to the realistic representation of the human being.

The Artist creates her characters in resin or "papier mâ ché". Everything is a subtle work, drying, sanding, adding or not adding material, the patina technique, the transparency effect rendered. The looks of her charac ters capture us, love us or interfilm us. The bodies are hieratic, calm and placid. It is up to each of us to get our imagina tions into it.
