Bonne Espérance Gallery

The Good Hope Gallery is an invitation to discover South Africa's contemporary creative boil. Located in the heart of Paris, at 3 rue Notre Dame de Bonne Nouvelle in the second arrondissement, the gallery exhibits emerging and confirmed signatures at the crossroads of fields of exploration of art, crafts and design. From Cape Town to Johannesburg, from Durban to Pretoria, Good Hope is a dive into the creative geography of South Africa and neighbouring countries, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia. Founded by Scott Billy, an American who has lived in Johannesburg for 25 years, and his partner Kari Smith, the gallery offers a regular program exhibiting emerging and confirmed artists, designers and artisans all linked by elective affinities, representative of the contemporary African art scene.
