Gabrielle Thomassian

Gabrielle Thomassian, a young designer based in Paris, graduated from a BA Ceramic Design at the Central Saint Martin School of London. A ceramicist, designer and craftsman, she has always been attracted to raw materials. Ceramics naturally imposed itself on it. In September 2017, she opened her studio and created her brand Villa Arev which means Sun in Armenian. She designs, designs and produces colorful, joyful, pop, invigorating, very contemporary ceramics. She was supported by the creations of Bernard Palissy, Ettore Sotsass and Marco Zanini of the Memphis collective. Gabrielle Thomassian creates unique pieces or limited editions that require rigor and dexterity.
