After a legal career of about fifteen years within prestigious Parisian luxury houses and in particular the Maison Hermès, Caroline de Benoist creates her first line of jewelry that she likes to describe as "serious fantasy": the rigor of the manufacture and the nobility of fine stones in the service of forms and free lines. The immediate success of his first creations led him to develop his collection of high-fantasy jewelry in India, a country of a thousand and one fine stones. The clash of colors, the multitude of know-how, the omnipresent refinement of Indian arts, the depth and spirituality of the craftsmen she met acted on her as a new trigger for creativity. Caroline then had the crazy desire to develop her colorful and joyful universe in the extension of that of her jewelry with the drive to highlight the artisanal work and the know-how of the craftsmen she meets and for whom she has an immense fascination. Also in love with the world of the table that she regularly stages on her Instagram account, Caroline has created a range of hand-painted ceramic dishes and wooden objects also painted by hand. A collection of colorful tablecloths printed according to the traditional know-how of block print printing also complete this universe. Her creations are the reflection of her predilection for bright and intense color combinations, those colors that she associates with happiness and joie de vivre, the mixture of floral and geometric patterns, the irregularity of the lines that reflects the work of the hand of man.
