Consisting of a tube of fixing and d? rings to fill (d? water or sand), the foot of parasol HOOOPLA perhaps ballasted to your liking depending on the size of the parasol, of its form and the force of the wind. It can receive up to 5 rings to reach a maximum weight of 120 kg. The rings are available in 4 colours (white, grey, green and orange). When completed d? water or sand, each ring can be handled easily without risk to your back.
