I grew up in a family where eating was an art. The friends, the big tables, the holidays made cooking the heart of the house. Eat to share the good times, but also eat to balance your body and health. Eat to teach children the seasons and the magic of nature. Eat with all your consciousness to realize the immense source of pleasure that cooking offers us. I make plates to participate in this joy. I am part of the table. I invite you to think about the general harmony, to compose your table like a painting. Have fun playing with mixtures of colors, materials, to reason with flavors.
