Charles Canon

Charles Canon, a new brand of knives with handles using materials from the regions of FranceThe materials for the handles are made in their workshop. The shells are collected from restaurants, oyster farmers and fish shops. The shells are cleaned, then ground like coal and stabilised in a resin. Behind Charles Canon, there is Pascal Charles and Aurelien Canon, two enthusiasts of cutlery and the heritage of Hauts-de-France. In 2018, they took over the Dutilleul company, specialised in the manufacture of sockets, in which they worked as employees.
