Elliott Barnes Interiors

After graduating from Cornell University in New York with a Master's degree in architecture and urban planning in 1985, Elliott Barnes, an A.I.A. architect, worked with Arthur Erikson Architects in Los Angeles in 1986, teaching at leading American universities and at ENSAD (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs). In 1987, Elliott Barnes met Andrée Putman, who entrusted him with the management of her eponymous agency in 1997, until 2003. In 2004, Elliott Barnes set up his own agency in Paris. Thanks to his sense of aesthetics, he was immediately called upon for top-of-the-range projects: private, retail, institutional spaces, hotels and spas, in France and abroad. Elliott Barnes' style lies in his elegant use of light and unexpected, noble materials, giving unique, exclusive spaces an innovative approach to luxury.
