Ronel Jordaan Textile

Ronel Jordaan is an award-winning artist of international reputation specializing in the work of wool from the Cape region of South Africa. After working for 26 years as a textile designer, Ronel began to explore the potential of the Merino Wool-weaving methods. Job creation is at the heart of planning for the company, which employs 40 women from disadvantaged neighbourhoods now suburbs of Johannesburg and unemployed before. They were formed by Jordaan and are true goldsmiths of wool.
