Towards the end of the 19th century, lattice continued to persist and made a comeback in French gardens up to the present day.

But if we were to name a few, they would be as follows: Firstly, this cross-wood assembly serves to delimit, frame, and structure an entire garden, or simply a part of it, by dressing it with flowers or not. This is its architectural aspect.
