Its baking sheet, removable to facilitate the maintenance of burners, is 6mm thick, with edges raised 6cm on three sides (anti-projections), and made of carbon-rolled steel, which is one of the favorite materials of the most demanding professional chefs. The rust treatment of the plate keeps it looking homogeneous over time. Maintaining the Simogas Deluxe plancha is very easy: you just need to protect the plate with a thin film of oil after each use so you can enjoy for a long time with the real kitchen at the plancha.
