Mondrian is Metalmek's proposal for sales and exhibition areas needing a flexible system in terms of lighting, electric and bearing performances. - Compact line. - Different solutions. - Easy and rapid installation. - Fit to house feeding cables of other systems. - Full interchangeability of its components without primary and secondary channels. The system is composed of: - universal joint - structural empty modules - structural lighting modules equipped with fixture - structural modules preset for housing electrified tracks - bearing lighting modules equipped with fixture - bearing modules preset for housing electrified tracks - empty module cover - end cap TECHNICAL DATAS Body in sheet steel, painted with SOLVENT FREE, white or RAL 9006 metallised grey epoxy polyester powders, thermosetting at 180°C, after phosphate treatment. Structural modules equipped with double screw inserted into a threaded bush for fixing and tightening the system. Cross bearing modules laid on the structure by means of tongues equipped with fixing holes. Wiring class I; flame-resistant rigid unipolar PVC-sheathed HT cable 90°C - IEC 227-3; 2P+T terminal; electronic feed 230-240 V / 50-60 Hz; power factor correction in parallel at cos ? > 0,95. Regulations CEI EN 60598-1; CEI 34-21. Directives 89/336/CEE; 73/23/CEE (and subsequent modifications); B.T. 2006/95/CE. WIELAND STRUCTURED WIRING MONDRIAN allows for the use of Wieland® structured wiring. This flat cable system is also available in a version with 230V power supply and EIB/KNX bus signal, which, when combined with a backbone cable, makes the following possible: - Quick connection between modules - Derivations at any point using IDC connectors, thereby eliminating the need for stripping the wire and cutting the cable - Possible adjustment/retrofitting at any time - Synergy with "building automation" bus systems - Future re-configuration if required
