    Description

    A fine example of a late 18th Century longcase clock signed 'Dugmore of Derby' on the round brass dial. This is an 8 day clock, weight driven and striking hourly on a bell. The oak case is well proportioned with a swan neck pediment surmounted with a wooden finial, a long trunk door and a most unusual carved base moulding. The clock is fully overhauled and the movement and case in superb condition. The clockcomes with an expertise on its originality in all material respects.
