When the Warren Golf Club in Maldon, Essex was looking for a leisure centre and reception building to provide a focus for their new Herbage Park lodge development, they had no hesitation in turning to Pinelog, who were already in line to supply a number of Pinelodges for letting to holiday makers. The swimming pool building was based on the same design that Pinelog had built for Sandybrook Country Park in Derbyshire some years earlier. This pool was extended to a full 15m length and also incorporates a small gymnasium too. The whole development is situated in a former gravel pit, with a new pond providing an attractive focal point outside.
