Hishem Furniture is a furniture manufacturer based in Indonesia under European Management, offering export quality products at the most competitive prices. We would like to take this opportunity to present our Synthetic Rattan & Aluminum Collection. We use exclusively Syra Fiber's synthetic rattan. This synthetic rattan is made of fully-dyed high quality synthetic high density polyethylene. It is UV-treated. Its main characteristics are: UV proof Weather proof 100% recyclable Fully-dyed The frames are made of high quality 6063-T5 aluminum. This type of aluminum is known for its strength, lightness and durability. As a comparison, it is generally used to manufacture high quality mountain bike frame which can endure great strain. We use various type of tube depending on the design but as a general guideline, we 25 mm diameter tubes with thickness up to 1.8mm for structural parts. The visible parts of the frame such as legs are covered with powder coating. The parts of the frame that are covered with synthetic rattan are painted with high quality epoxy paint for aluminum. Both powder coating and epoxy paint after being applied to the frame are baked in an Industrial oven for increased durability and reinforced resistance to scratch. A second T-5 treatment is applied to the finished frame for increased strength and to the processed aluminum to restore its original strength and technical characteristics. Our production is environmentally friendly. We have chosen a T5 treatment because it is a thermal, non-chemical treatment. All our wastes are sold to be recycled. Our integrated Design team produces new designs every month. We can also assist you in your projects. Whether you have your design complete with technical drawings or only have photos and sketches, we will fill in the gap and will execute all the technical drawings. We can produce custom design models with very small minimum order, generally only ten pieces but this varies on the design. In some cases, we do not even require a minimum order. Our general lead time is between 6 to 8 weeks but this may vary depending on several factors such as seasons, quantity, container mix,' Our normal terms of payment are 50% deposit and balance before delivery. Under certain circumstances, these terms may be modified.
