The first function of this palm tree is more than ever agricultural, producing coconuts twice a year, but after 75 years old, the agricultural production of the coconut tree decreases and then totally stops Planet Coconut in partnership with coconut tree farmers, is giving a second life to the natural materials that are produced by this agricultural palmtree. Thus, and throughout a 6 years experience knowhow and specialisation, Planet Coconut is developing and marketing a wide range of solid coconut wood floorings, flexible coconut shell mosaïc tiles, and handicrafts for interior decoration, using all the natural byproducts of the coconut tree. Our activity is really focused on sustainable development and on the respect of the added value brought on the materials by our craftsmen. We propose unique products for interior decoration and real estate markets, that are directly constituting an efficient substitute to the use of tropical woods from our last rainforests.
